TayMac MR420CG 1-Gang Recessed Enclosure Extra Duty, Weatherproof in-Use Cover, Horizontal/Vertical, Gray

The outdoor recessed wall outlet enclosure is designed for both new and old work, compatible with common siding types and materials such as vinyl, wood, stucco, brick, and block. Weatherproof, it can be mounted horizontally or vertically, and on a stud or in the wall. It is compatible with duplex, GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter), or round receptacle, though the receptacle is not included. Paintable, it has a 2-3/4 inch inward depth for large plugs and cords, and includes an optional siding flange. It has a 21.0 cubic inch wiring capacity and (2) 0.5 inch/0.75 inch eccentric knockouts. The dimensions are 4.56 inches wide, 6.15 inches high, and 4.98 inches deep.

The EXTRA DUTY RATED cover is designed to provide maximum toughness and protection, and is cULus listed for wet locations. It keeps the outlet box conveniently out of the way with its recessed design, and the optional siding flange allows for discreet fits on many types of siding material.

The weatherproof outlet cover uses Universal Fit Adapter System Technology 6-in-1 custom device configuration, allowing you to mount and protect GFCI, switch, duplex, or round outlets. It is built from high-impact polycarbonate for maximum durability, and provides more room for electrical cords, including a gasket and mounting hardware.

The weatherproof cover is tested and certified to cULus and NEMA standards, and comes with complete installation instructions for setup with vinyl, wood, stucco, and other siding.
